Our virtual tour marquee was set up for 150 guests in rural Victoria and included a local band, dancefloor and theming in the colour white with a touch of pink.An outdoor area with tables, event umbrellas, picket fencing,flaming flares and a fully operational coffee cart. The nearby forest was even underlit by flood lights. Six prestige portable toilets were discreetly located complete with running water and cotton towels.

Catering by the Event Team included a Gourmet BBQ Fingerfood menu as guests arrived with a beverage bar offering a wide selection of beers and wines. After one hour of socialising the guests were ushered into this glamourous venue ready to welcome the beautiful Bride and handsome Groom.

Entree was served and a "five star" Buffet was offered, concluding with a choice of three deserts. Beverages flowed for five hours, until midnight when the Bride and Groom departed in a horse drawn carriage.
