1. Do you have a limit on the number of guests?, no in fact its your choice. The small Wedding Reception at home for 35 guests or the 520 guests on a country property its really, your concept; we adapt.
2. Can we choose our own menu? Yes, yours or one of our 37 different combinations of menus. Simple or formal, indoors or outdoors, vegan, vegetarian, hot or cold, your call.Table service or buffet or both.
3. I only have a limited budget, can you help? Yes all marquees, catering and beveraging have different costs associated with quantities and timeframe.
4. Does the ground need to be flat, yes it does. We require flat level ground so that all items look level and there is always that safety concern.No power, no problem, our 55 KVA Generator supplies all requirements.
5. How far in advance should I plan, 12 months. Consult your parents, talk to his parents and include your fiancée at ever step, work around both your holidays, long weekends are perfect.
6. Best time of the year for a Marquee Wedding reception! May, June, July and January.
7. How do we pay? A deposit of 25% locks in the date and the plan. Sixty days prior a further 25% and the balance thirty days prior.Generous discounts are offered for "early bird payment". Ask about our Honeymoon incentive prize, it could be yours, free.
8. Can we pay for our Wedding reception in smaller amounts over time? Yes we can always work to your plan, we even offer "time payment".
9. How good are your toilets? Our toilets are supplied by portabletoilets.com.au, imported from America and are very upmarket.You will be impressed.
10. Can we choose the theming and decoration? Yes you can. The photos on our website give you an idea of our flexibility and desire to impress. Come in for a coffee and lets talk.

12. Could we combine our outdoor ceremony with a Marquee reception, Yes. 2004/05 saw the Event Team plan and complete 51 Weddings all were very different and all were magnificent.
